Cornerstone Caregiving in Encinitas, CA is seeking dependable, heart-centered caregivers to support local veterans at home. You will help veterans maintain independence, safety, and dignity while building meaningful relationships with those who served their country.
As a caregiver for our veterans, you will provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and memory-care support when needed, with comprehensive documentation to ensure high-quality VA-funded care.

As a caregiver for our veterans, you will provide essential support that helps them maintain their independence, safety, and dignity. This isn't just a job—it’s an opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with a hero.
Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Companionship: Provide emotional support and engaging conversation.
Daily Living Support: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
Specialized Care: Support for veterans with mobility challenges or memory care needs (dementia/Alzheimer's).
Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate care notes to ensure our veterans receive the best possible support through the VA program.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have at least 1 Year Experience
CNA or HHA preferred but not required.
Must have Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or be willing to obtain it upon hire.
TB Clearance required (must have been completed within the last 90 days or within 7 days after hire).

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
