Job summary

Right at Home is seeking an in-home Caregiver to help seniors and adults with independence and comfort in Rogue Valley homes, including Medford, Ashland, White City, and surrounding areas.

You will perform personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility support, and safety supervision while following care plans and documenting notes in the app. We value reliability, empathy, and clear communication in every shift.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Follow care plans and document daily notes using our mobile app.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively with our office team.

Skills & Experience

• Successfully pass a background check.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
