Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a dedicated in-home caregiver to help seniors and vulnerable adults live safely and independently at home. You will provide compassionate care, companionship, and practical support tailored to each client’s plan.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and mobility assistance. We value reliability, excellent communication, and a patient, caring attitude in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check completed and cleared.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID are required.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous caregiving experience (CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion) welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Give medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation as needed.
• Provide safety supervision and peace of mind.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively with our office team.

Skills & Experience

• Successfully pass a background check.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
