Job summary

Right at Home Salt Lake is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

We offer part-time weekday and weekend opportunities with competitive pay and ongoing training. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, and timely medication reminders.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care.
• Experience using a hoyer lift and gait belt (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

We currently have part-time openings on weekdays and weekends for caregivers who are ready to bring comfort, dignity, and companionship to those who need it most.

Position: Caregiver

As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our clients by providing companionship and emotional support, assisting with personal hygiene and mobility, preparing healthy meals, and maintaining a safe home environment. You will also offer transportation to appointments or outings and give timely medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact while building genuine connections.

Benefits You'll Enjoy

• Competitive pay: $17.00-$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
• Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
