Job summary

Countryside Senior Living of Spring in Spring, TX is hiring full-time and part-time caregivers to support our residents with dignity and compassion. You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily activities while providing warm companionship.

We value a passion for helping others, the ability to pass a background check, and flexibility to meet the needs of our residents across day, afternoon, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• A passion for helping others and caring for seniors.
• Ability to pass a background check and be eligible for employment.
• Experience as CNA/Home Health Aide or similar roles preferred.
• Ability to relate to residents from diverse backgrounds with empathy.
• Flexibility and adaptability to assist where needed.
• Ability to meet physical demands of caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Establish open communication with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence, meals and transfers.
• Provide companionship and friendship to residents.
• Offer medication reminders and/or assistance as needed.
• Support fellow staff and managers as required.
