Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking a friendly and compassionate Caregiver with flexible availability to assist our clients within the Inland Empire area. We are hiring caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nurse Assistants (C.N.A.) to join our team. The qualities of care and compassion you possess are what we are looking for.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with personal care: bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
• Ensure the client's home is organized according to their needs and safety measures.
• Provide support and motivation to perform daily tasks.
• Assist with mobility: bed, chair, or wheelchair.
• Monitor and report changes in health and needs.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HCA registration with the State of California.
• Reliable transportation.
