Job summary

One You Love Homcare seeks compassionate caregivers to support residents with advanced dementia, providing patient, respectful TLC. This role offers meaningful interaction and the chance to make a real difference in daily living for clients needing hands-on care.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care assistance, transfers, feeding, safety monitoring, and accurate documentation. Strong interpersonal skills and reliability are essential, with a valid US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Experience with a client with advanced dementia.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support for SNIF resident.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and transferring.
• Assist with two-person transfer.
• Feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.
