Job summary

One You Love Homecare Gilbert-Chandler is seeking a caregiver to provide essential non-medical assistance in clients' homes, helping maintain independence and dignity through companionship, personal care, daily living support, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities include mobility assistance, meal preparation, safety monitoring, infection control, transportation, and documentation of tasks. Flexible scheduling is available to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving, home care, or related field experience preferred.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; proof of insurance if required for client transport.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.
