Executive Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides or CNA's to join our team and provide quality in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities in the Cape Coral, FL area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and the ability to provide assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and light housekeeping.

Afternoon and Evening shifts available- working in clients homes to assist with ADL's and IADL's in order to remain living independently and safely. Shifts available Monday Thru Friday and on Weekends from 2:30pm-8:30pm

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Provide companionship and emotional support

Help with meal preparation and feeding if necessary

Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, dishes)

Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments

Remind clients to take medications as prescribed

Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to family members or supervisors

Requirements:

Previous caregiving experience preferred (but not required)

CNA, HHA, or relevant certification is a plus

Ability to pass a background check

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality

Ability to lift and assist clients as needed
