Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to support older adults across Summit County. You will travel to clients’ homes to assist with daily activities, meals, and companionship, helping them stay independent in a safe environment.

Position offers varied shifts, biweekly pay, and performance-based raises. Training is provided, with options based on STNA or HHA credentials and experience.

Qualifications

• Empathy and genuine care for the elderly
• Reliable attendance and time management
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car with insurance

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients’ homes and assist with daily living tasks (baths, dressing, meals, light cleaning, errands).
• Support independence while ensuring safety and comfort for older adults.
• No medical tasks are performed; nurses handle clinical care.
