Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for clients across the community. You will help with daily activities, meal prep, housekeeping and companionship in clients' homes.

Candidates should be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate reliable, confidential handling of information. Orientation and training are provided to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of handling confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities: meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship.
• Provide personal hygiene care for clients.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Support clients with daily living tasks and mobility as needed.
• Respect client independence and privacy while ensuring safety.
• Perform light duties as assigned and document care provided.
