Guardian Angel Senior Services in Adams, MA is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We offer flexible schedules, 8–12 hour shifts, day and overnight options, and a supportive office team.

Earn $18–$21 per hour with immediate start opportunities and a $250 sign-on bonus for qualified new hires after 90 days. We provide health insurance and a 401(k), plus free caregiver training and travel time between clients.

Qualifications

• Caregiving roles include CNA, HHA, PCA or Homemaker with compassionate service.
• Experience welcomed but not required; a caring heart matters most.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in client conditions
• Deliver compassionate, dependable care
