Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No experience required; training provided.
- CNA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and interact in a professional, hospitable manner.
- Assist with daily personal and medical care routines per care plans.
- Provide enrichment activities and monitor resident well-being.
- Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
- Document health information per established procedures.
