Job summary

New Perspective is actively seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents in assisted living and memory care. You will provide daily care, lead engaging activities, and help residents Live Life on Purpose, with training and tuition assistance to advance your career.

Shifts include day, evening, overnight, with full-time or part-time options and weekend/holiday rotation. Benefits include referral bonuses, flexible scheduling, tuition assistance, and potential growth within the company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required; training provided.
• CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and interact in a professional, hospitable manner.
• Assist with daily personal and medical care routines per care plans.
• Provide enrichment activities and monitor resident well-being.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Document health information per established procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and interact in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner
• Assist with daily personal and medical care routines according to individual care plans
• Provide physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual enrichment activities
• Observe residents and report to nursing any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition
• Record proper medical and health documentation per established procedures
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas
• Promote teamwork, laughter, and happiness every day

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary-- training will be provided
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
• Med Passer and/or Lead experience preferred
• CNA preferred
