Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide personalized one-on-one care to seniors in their homes, with flexible shifts that fit your schedule. Earn $17-$19 per hour in Sarasota.

Most of our openings are weekday daytime shifts. We welcome experienced caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and those with hands-on caregiving experience but without CNA or HHA certification.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Experienced caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification are encouraged to apply.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Access to email and a smartphone.
• Must understand and respect client privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance, including bathing and toileting.
• Companionship.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Transportation.
• Following an individualized plan of care.
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and our team.
• Other duties as assigned.
