Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors in Sarasota. Earn $17-$19 per hour with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities, primarily weekday daytime shifts.

We welcome experienced caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and those with hands-on caregiving experience even without CNA/HHA certification. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required along with a reliable smartphone and email access.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Experienced caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification are encouraged to apply.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
• Clean driving record.
• Access to email and a smartphone.
• Must understand and respect client privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance, including bathing and toileting.
• Companionship.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Transportation.
• Following an individualized plan of care.
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and our team.
• Other duties as assigned.
