Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors in the North Port area, in clients' homes.

Earn $17–$19 per hour with flexible hours and opportunities to make a meaningful difference. Most shifts are weekday daytime, with schedules varying by client needs. We welcome experienced caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and those with hands-on caregiving experience but without CNA/HHA certification.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance.
• Access to email and a smartphone.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance.
• Bathing and toileting assistance.
• Companionship.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Transportation.
• Following individualized plans of care.
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and the office team.
