Papa Inc. is seeking flexible, part-time Papa Pals to provide non-medical support and companionship to older adults and families in your area.

Set your own schedule, choose visits, and earn up to $22 per hour, with typical earnings between $13 and $17 per hour plus bonuses. No prior caregiving experience required—just a passion for helping others; independent contractor model.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license
• Background check required
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009+), with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements
