Papa, Inc. is seeking compassionate individuals to join as Papa Pals for flexible, part-time visits with older adults and families in your area. You choose visits that fit your life, with no required professional caregiving experience.

Independent contractor arrangement; schedules managed by you. Visits may include transportation, non-medical companionship, light in-home tasks, and errands. Typical earnings range from $13-$17/hr with bonuses; up to $22/hr based on visit type and location.

Requirements:
