Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking caring Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Chambersburg, PA. This contract opportunity focuses on helping individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities develop daily living and social skills.

You will participate in community activities, drive clients in your own vehicle as needed, and complete required training. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends, with weekly compensation through our self-employed contracting model.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be compassionate and care for others.
• Must have valid driver's license and insurance.
• Willingness to drive individuals in a personal car.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate assignments.
