Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have graduated high school or equivalent and be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have 1+ years of caregiving experience.
• PCA, HHA, LNA, or CNA credentials are a plus.
• Must have own vehicle and liability insurance.
• Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month required.
• Ability to listen, understand instructions, and communicate effectively.
• Dependable, trustworthy, honest, and compassionate.
• Desire to help others and serve the community.
• Comfortable using technology, including mobile apps, texting, email, and online training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care to clients.
• Engage clients in conversations and activities.
• Assist with daily living activities (mobility, dressing, meals).
• Document activities and report on clients' condition and behavior.
• Support clients while respecting their independence and preferences.
