Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Genuine compassion and patience for seniors and adults with disabilities
• Reliable and dependable – clients count on you
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Prior caregiver experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Offer medication reminders and monitor for changes in condition
• Support safe transfers, ambulation, and fall prevention
• Provide respite care for family caregivers
• Document care and communicate with our care team
