Job summary

Benevolent Hearts Home Care in Bedford, TX is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care. You will assist clients with bathing, grooming, transfers, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, while following care plans and safety protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Active CNA license (state-specific) is required.
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
Ability to lift/transfer clients.
Basic computer skills for charting and communication.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on support: assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
Promote mobility and strength: assist with range-of-motion exercises and therapy routines.
Monitor health: track intake and report changes promptly.
Provide medication cues: remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
Support daily life: prepare nutritious meals, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship.
Advocate for safety: follow infection-control and fall-prevention protocols and document EMR notes.
