The Caregiver is responsible for providing assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services according to their assessment and care plan, under the guidance of the Director of Nursing or Resident Care Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  1. Check each resident routinely to ensure their personal care needs are met per their wishes and care plan.
  2. Review daily task sheets for updates to the care plan.
  3. Inform the Director of Nursing of any changes in a resident’s condition; report all accidents, incidents, complaints, and grievances.
  4. Assist residents with daily needs, including activities, social programs, and transportation to appointments.
  5. Prepare residents' rooms and ensure guest comfort.
  6. Assist with hygiene activities such as bathing, dressing, nail care, bathroom assistance, and oral hygiene.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certification
  • Fingerprinting Clearance Card
  • Preferred: 1 year experience

Pay Range

USD $17.50 - USD $19.00 per hour
