Job summary

Compass is seeking compassionate caregivers in Redding, CA to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. You will provide one-on-one assistance to help clients live independently, including daily routines, meals, transportation, and personal care.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

You’ll provide one-on-one support to help someone live independently and confidently in their own home. This may include:

• Encouragement and emotional support
• Assisting with daily routines and life skills
• Community outings and appointments
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Transportation and errands
• Personal care (as needed)

Every day is different, and your support helps clients grow, connect, and pursue their goals.

Requirements
