Job summary

You will work with a compassionate, patient team, follow person-centered plans, assist with daily living activities, meals, personal care, and documentation, while contributing to a supportive environment and meaningful, community-integrated care.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver or DSP preferred.
• ASL proficiency strongly preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete background checks and training.
• Compassionate and dependable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Provide personal care and hygiene support.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders as required.
