Abound Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in New Bern. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

Starting pay is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments after meeting weekly hour targets. Paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
• Lifting may be required, depending on client needs
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required – we provide paid training and support

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.
