Caregiver / Direct Support Professional / DSP / ICF / Cleveland NC

Join RHA Health Services, LLC as a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional / DSP / ICF / Cleveland NC.

We are hiring for full-time positions in Cleveland, Salisbury, and Mocksville areas, offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting individuals with disabilities in the community
• Assisting with health and safety procedures
• Supporting personal development and community involvement
• Implementing person-centered plans and outcomes
• Assisting with medical requests and data collection

Position Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop
• Proficiency in CPR (from floor level)
