Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the community and in ICF homes. This entry‑level role supports goal achievement, advocates for clients, and helps with daily living activities in both home and community settings.

You will join a dedicated care team, performing duties across advocacy, coaching, transportation, and supporting personal independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
