Delta-T Group is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Allentown, PA to assist adults with IDD with personal care, hygiene, meal prep and community participation. This is an independent contractor (1099) role with long-term opportunities on 2nd shift and alternating weekends.

The position offers competitive weekly compensation up to $18 per hour, plus premium holiday rates and referral bonuses. A driver’s license is required to qualify, and duties include light housekeeping as needed.
