Job summary

CareDiem Home Care in Des Plaines, IL is seeking compassionate caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. You will perform personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and companionship, while using a care app to clock in and document visits.

No CNA/HHA required, 1+ year caregiving experience preferred; valid ID or work authorization, TB test, background check, drug screen, and CPR/First Aid willingness are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities
