Watermark Retirement Communities in Pennsylvania seeks a compassionate caregiver to join our senior living team. The role requires a PA direct care certificate, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of caregiving experience in assisted living, memory care, or home care.

Weekend availability and strong paperwork discipline are essential. You will support resident well‑being, assist with daily activities, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment.
