Job summary

Visiting Angels in Lancaster, PA is seeking a compassionate caregiver for a part-time role with potential for full-time hours based on needs and availability. You will assist with daily living activities in a one-on-one care setting and travel to clients in nearby communities.

The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus, referral bonuses, flexible evening shifts, weekend premiums, 401K with company match, and other benefits. Strong reliability and a valid driver’s license are important.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years to apply.
• 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA license preferred, but not required.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, getting dressed, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Help with light housekeeping and other quiet household tasks.
• Perform transfers, ambulation, and mobility assistance as needed.
• Monitor the client to ensure their safety and comfort throughout the night.
• Provide all other non-medical assistance as assigned.
