Job summary

Country Meadows in Frederick, MD is hiring Caregivers to provide one-on-one support to residents in daily routines, socialization and well-being. Roles include assisting with daily activities, building bonds through companionship, and maintaining patient, compassionate interactions with residents and families.

Two shift options are available: 7am-3pm full-time and 3pm-11pm part-time/weekends. Benefits include competitive pay, bonuses, and comprehensive healthcare and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening.
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.

Responsibilities

• Help residents live their lives to the fullest by assisting them with their routines.
• Build bonds through companionship.
• Show patience, compassion and empathy in each engagement with residents and their families.
• Assist residents in organizing their day and activities.
• Use of Point of Service technology to obtain meal orders from residents as needed.
