Right at Home York is hiring compassionate caregivers for day shift opportunities in York, PA and surrounding areas.

As a caregiver you’ll help seniors live safely at home with companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care. We offer competitive pay, paid training, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years to apply.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Valid Driver’s License, proof of auto insurance and reliable vehicle are required.
• Passing criminal background check and drug screening.
• CNA, HHA or PCA license preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non‑medical assistance and companionship to seniors in their homes.
• Issue medication reminders to help clients stay on schedule.
• Run household errands and provide transportation to doctor’s appointments.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Provide mobility assistance such as helping with walking and transfers.
