Job Description

Touching Hearts at Home has an IMMEDIATE opening in Menomonie! We are looking to hire 1 to 2 caregivers to provide companionship to an elderly male client with dementia. The responsibilities include:

• PT exercises
• Meals
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Assistance with showering

Wages for these clients are $22.00 an hour. Shifts available are:

• Saturdays 7am to 9am and 5pm to 7pm
• Monday 7am to 9am and 5pm to 7pm
• Tuesday 7am to 9am and 5pm to 7pm
• Wednesday 7am to 9am and 5pm to 7pm
• Thursday 7am to 9am
• Friday 7am to 9am

Hours are somewhat flexible and can be 4-6 and 8-10 if needed. We are also looking for a solid backup for weekdays, evenings, and weekends. We are looking to hire a few people, so you need not work every day, and the hours are flexible.

We have another client in Menomonie that needs help from 9-11 and 6-8 and is always looking for fill-in help as well. Wages are $18.00 an hour. No healthcare experience is required. This is a perfect job for students, retirees, and anyone wanting to supplement their income or just looking for part-time work.
