La Conner Retirement Inn is hiring caring, compassionate caregivers to support residents with daily activities and personal care on-site in Washington. You will work with a supportive team, maintaining residents’ dignity and comfort while documenting changes and needs for the care plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Compassionate, patient, and kind, with a heart for serving seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care and hygiene.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning residents' condition; maintain written records and documentation as required.
• Maintain communication with residents and their families to ensure residents' needs are continually met.
