Job summary

Radiant Senior Living is seeking attentive caregivers to assist seniors with daily activities, including personal care, bathing, and mobility support. The role emphasizes compassionate service and teamwork in a care-centered environment.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, can read and speak English, and demonstrate kindness, patience, and respect for residents and families within our community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating and personal care.
• Communicate with staff and document resident information as required.
• Maintain open communication with residents and families to ensure needs are met.

The Difference You Will Make

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required
• Maintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the resident's needs are continually met
