Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Midlands is seeking compassionate caregivers for 10-12 hour shifts with every other weekend, serving Elgin, Northeast Columbia, Lexington and West Columbia. Availability between 7am and 10pm Sunday through Saturday is required.

Qualifications

• Care giving experience of 1 year
• Must be 21 years of age or over
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have reliable transportation; a valid driver's license and proof of insurance is required
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
