Shift Detail: These hourly cases range anywhere from 4- 12 hours at any time in the day, evening or night.

Our staff of highly trained professionals treat patients holistically, considering family and living situations for the most appropriate care plan.
The Homemaker Caregiver position provides personal hygiene and grooming care to clients; Assistance with toileting, ambulation, etc.; Providing meals for clients' nutritional needs; Reporting changes in clients' condition to nurse, supervisor, or client care coordinator; Performing routine housekeeping and home management duties; Recording each client's care on care plan and submitting care plan in a timely manner; Assisting with providing emotional support for the clients and their families; Assisting with routinetherapy exercises; Participating in case conferences as requested; Attends all required in-service education sessions; Has the ability to use computer software program and smart phone for required education; Represents the company in a positive and professional manner through a high level of customer service; Can think critically without direct supervision and the ability to escalate when appropriate.
Twoyears of continuous work experience
·One year of previous patient care experience; specific experience as designated by work area may be required
·New Grad CNA's are welcome
·Must have a current and valid Driver’s License in good standing along with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
