Sunrise Senior Living in Kennebunk, ME is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, dignity and independence. You will follow care plans, document changes, and help create a warm, safe environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication. This role offers paid training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of Sunrise's mission to brighten the lives of seniors.

• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
