Position Details

Position: Caregiver, PCA, CNA (Certification not required)

Summary

Seeking Caregivers for our Memory Care and Senior Living Community with 32 beds. Our experienced care team provides Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Specialty Senior Services, developing individual care plans to meet residents' needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with prescribed medication management
• Support clients with ambulation and mobility
• Help with personal care and hygiene
• Assist with physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals with Dietary Manager's assistance
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companionship
• Report incidents and emergencies

Qualifications

• Willing to pass medication administration (training provided)
• High School Diploma required
• At least 6 months caregiving experience (CNA/HHA/PCA/RA/NAR)
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred
• Experience with Med Passing preferred
• Knowledge of emergency response and CPR required
• Respectful, compassionate, with excellent communication skills

Note: All shifts, including part-time and full-time, require every other weekend work. Must be at least 18 years old. No cell phone use on duty.
