Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in-home care experience.
• Current Georgia CNA or PCA certification.
• CPR and First Aid certifications current.
• TB/PPD test required.
• Driver’s License or State ID required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands.
• Provide medication reminders (no skilled nursing).
• Document care and report changes per care plan and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prefer Experience assisting with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding
• Client needs total care, mobility support and safe transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Medication reminders (no skilled nursing)
• Document care and report changes in condition
• Follow the care plan and all safety guidelines

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
