Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in-home care experience is required.
• Current CNA certification in GA or PCA certification is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• First Aid Certification is required.
• TB/PPD test is required.
• Driver’s License or State ID is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Provide client mobility support and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
• Provide medication reminders (not skilled nursing).
• Document care and report changes in condition per care plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Prefer Experience assisting with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding
• Client needs total care, mobility support and safe transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Medication reminders (no skilled nursing)

Requirements
