Job summary

FirstLight Home Care of Sandy Springs is hiring a caregiver/CNA/PCA/HHA to provide one-to-one care at clients’ homes in Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Buckhead and surrounding areas. Pay is based on experience, with experienced caregivers earning up to $18.00/hour.

Roles include personal care, meals, medication reminders, mobility support, light housekeeping, transportation, and family communication. Shifts include day, evening, overnight, and weekend; both full-time and part-time positions are

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, PCA, or HHA experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one companionship and conversation.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support mobility and fall prevention.
• Provide dementia and memory care support when appropriate.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Shopping, errands, and transportation.
• Communicate with families and office staff.
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
