Job summary

ComForCare is hiring dedicated home care professionals to support clients in their homes across Fairfax and surrounding areas. This role emphasizes individualized, one-on-one care and the opportunity to form meaningful relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• CNA, PCA or HHA certification required or preferred.
• Experience providing in-home care with dementia patients is valued.

• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living activities to promote independence at home.
• Provide personal care services as needed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range-of-motion exercises.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment.
• Offer companionship and respite support to families.

Scheduling Needs

We are currently hiring for all shifts, including weekday, weekend, short‑shift, and extended‑shift opportunities.
