Job summary

Frontida Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support residents with daily personal care, meals, and light housekeeping. You will work under supervision to ensure safety and comfort for our residents in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, customer-service oriented, and able to promote a positive atmosphere while responding promptly to call lights and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with personal care tasks (dressing, grooming, bathing, transferring).
• Medication administration under nurse supervision and training.
• Assist with resident meals and dining room setup/cleanup.
• Provide light housekeeping assistance (dusting, laundry, making beds).
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care needs (such as dressing, grooming, using the bathroom, bathing/showering, walking/transferring)

Medication administration (following medication training class and nurse delegation under the supervision of the Nurse Manager)

Assist with resident meals, including serving, dining room setup/clean up

Provide light housekeeping assistance (dusting, taking out garbage, laundry, making beds, vacuuming)

Answer resident call lights promptly and assists as needed

Promote teamwork and have a positive attitude

Enjoys providing residents with outstanding customer service
