Homewatch Caregivers of Central San Diego is seeking an in-home Caregiver with flexible hours to provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes. You’ll work with a supportive team to ensure independence and dignity for those you serve.

This role offers growth opportunities, paid training throughout the year, and options for Part-Time or Full-Time schedules. On-site client homes cover Central San Diego and Coronado Island, with additional training and recognition for

• Experience in caregiving or a related field.

• Willingness to undergo training and complete necessary certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Support clients in achieving their personal goals and maintaining their dignity.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor, document & report clients’ health conditions and progress.
• Transport & escort clients to appointments or other errands

Role Overview:

As an in-home Caregiver (Flexible Hours) at Homewatch Caregivers of Central San Diego, you will be responsible for providing compassionate in-home care to individuals who require assistance to maintain their independence. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of care and dignity. Whether you are in the client homes in the San Diego area or Coronado Island, you’ll be making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
