Job Summary

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with established procedures and may be directed by supervisors.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assist with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and changing unoccupied beds.
2. Assist with meal service, including transportation, tray delivery, and ensuring a quality dining experience.
3. Promptly answer resident call lights and check on residents unable to call for help.
4. Assist with 1:1 observations as assigned.
5. Communicate with Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse regarding resident condition, concerns, and grievances.
6. Provide excellent customer service, companionship, and engagement in activities.
7. Assist clinical staff to make residents comfortable, such as checking sitting positions and hydration.
8. Assist with personal care responsibilities according to state guidelines.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education: High School / GED
• Experience: 0-1 years
• Licenses and Certifications: None Required
