Harmony Gardens, a Cassia community, is hiring Caregivers (CNA/ HHA/ PCA) to join our team in Maplewood, MN. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and opportunities to learn and grow in a healthcare setting.

As a Caregiver, you will support residents with ADLs, monitor health, document care, and collaborate with our nursing team. Part-time shifts available with wage range $20.39 - $24.44 per hour, providing comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• A passion for geriatric care.
• Strong communication skills with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities (ADLs).
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per care plan.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Document services in the charting system.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to supervisor.
• Assist with personal care (shampooing, bathing, nails) and medication administration.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
